Brief Answer:
Spine related issues; stones in the renal tract; hernia, etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The pain in the testicles can be related to a few causes, and I shall list them for you:

+Kidney stones (especially if your fluid intake is low)
+Stones in the ureter(s): Also if your fluid intake is low
+Inguinal hernia: Does the pain occur when you try to lift something heave or does it occur after that?
+Back or spine related issues can also cause this

The sharp pain in the abdomen that you have also mentioned does point towards a hernia, but I cannot comment accurately without a physical examination and/or an ultrasound of the region.

I hope you can manage to schedule an appointment with your doctor for a more elaborate evaluation. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
