Brief Answer:
Possible muscular pain but can be appendicitis too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

If you feel the pain only when you move, then you might have pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve in that area. In this case I would recommend to take a painkiller like Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours. Also apply ice locally and use an analgesic cream to massage gently the muscle.

If the pain is present at rest too, if you start having nausea, low grade fever, constipation or diarrhea, pain is continuous - all these symptoms are indicative of a possible appendicitis and you need to go to the Emergency room. They will evaluate you by doing an ultrasound and some labs.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Hello,

I hope I have been somehow of help.

As I said, if you are better no need to go to the ER. But if worse then you need to go as soon as possible.
