Brief Answer:
Can be a muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A sudden sharp pain on both sides below the shoulder blades can be due to a muscle spasm due to an abnormal posture. This can be relieved by pain killer and an oral muscle relaxant. You can take rest and do a hot compress in the area. Applying local analgesic gel will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
