Question: I have a recurring sharp pain in the palm of my left hand. It is not constant but reoccurs periodically over the past few days. I have not injured my hand.

Do you have swelling?
Do you have tingling and/ or numbness as well?
Do you have diabetes?
It looks to be nerve related especially ulnar nerve.
Vitamin deficiency and other nutritional deficiency like vit d can cause similar symptoms.

No swelling, sometimes numbness. I do not have diabetes but have had vitamin d deficiency.
