Sharp pains in navel are due to partially obstructed herniated bowel/ or omental tissue.The herniated tissue is giving the painful lump feel underneath your belly button.

In the given scenario,I would suggest you to-
Keep Nil By Mouth strictly

Rest and Observe for 3-4 hrs-to prevent further aggravation of complaints and complicate it.
Don't Manipulate it.Just lie down and see if reduces on its own.
