Question : Last night while I was sitting in my couch I felt this sharp pain running through my penis . It felt very sharp since then pain keep coming on and Off . It come and goes so fast it does not stay for long it felt like a needle.The pain is flashing on and off Sometime i felt like it a vein pain but I really dont know how to describe it. I can pee normal with no pain, my penis is not itching, I have no sore or cut around my pennis. Do you know what it could be , do you think it could be herpes . I do use condorm when I have sex or oral sex but I heard get std by touching someone skin

It is not Herpes.

Detailed Answer:

In Herpes genitalis, multiple vesicle like lesions are seen over the glans penis and foreskin.As they are not present,it is excluded.
Sexually transmitted diseases are acquired by sexual contact only,not by simple touching.
I have seen patients with pain in the penis in a condition called Peyronies disease.It should be excluded by Clinical examination and Ultrasound of the penis.
Please consult your Urologist, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
