Brief Answer:
Probbaly intercostal nerve pinch

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It sounds to me like pinched intercostal nerve or pulled intercostal muscles and it should subside within1-2 weeks on rest and nonsteroid painkillers. However,if there is breathing difficulty or increasing pain, then you should do lung xrays to rule out possible pneumothorax or lung issue. Wish you good health. Regards
