Detailed Answer:
Hello,
you've provided very little information about your complaints. Please describe them in more detail!
Regarding the fatty liver, it usually occurs in overweight or obese individuals, particularly those suffering from diabetes mellitus and those who consume large amounts of alcohol. It is usually a harmless disorder but it may - albeit rarely - end up in hepatitis and even cirrhosis. Losing weight is the only way to deal with it.
Digestion issues are not related to fatty liver disease. It may occur due to stomach, intestinal or gallbladder issues. More information may help. For example, is it related to the meals? Does it follow a heavy meal? Or a fatty meal? What makes it worse and what makes it better? Have you tried anything? Have you done any tests? An ultrasound scan of the upper abdomen?
Shin pain is usually caused by overworking muscles and tendons. For example, doing more physical activity than your usual routine may cause it. Resting for a few weeks will probably fix it. If it's too annoying or persistent then you should see an orthopedics specialist.
The most common presentation of this condition usually includes the following: at first mild pain that gets better with physical activity; then moderate pain that may be partially improved with physical activity and finally constant pain that prevents physical activity. The pain is usually worse when initiating physical activities after rest. If the above description does not fit your case then please provide more information about it.
