Brief Answer:
Need geriatric care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and I understand your concern. Age of 99 is an extreme geriatric disability and have functional decline of body organs at its peak.

All we can do is symptomatic treatment and palliative therapy. Long term oxygen therapy for pulmonary functions assistance.

Incontinence is better addressed with adult diapers and cleanliness measures. Changing regular posture to prevent bed sores is advised.

Patient control analgesia should be considered along with anxiolytics to help sleep and pain.

Consult a geriatrician and consider an old house facility for better care.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
