Suggest Treatment For Short Frenulum
Question: Hi, I am having problems with my penis during sex with my partner and have had for some time. When we have foreplay which then leads to intercourse my penis becomes sore and usually I cant manage full penetration.
My penis becomes sore , red and and bleeds slightly. it is always in the exact same area everytime and is in about a 4mm area across, It is on the 'joint' where foreskin joins the head, and like I said it is always in the exact same place.
I have been treated for thrush and used anti fungal cream. I always shower twice a day and dry properly.
Personally I don't think it is thrush as it always happens like I said in the exact same area and again like I said is sore, red and bleeds slightly and is painful to have sex.

You are probably having tight or short frenulam.This condition is known as frenulam breve.
Frenualm is a thin skin membrane which attaches foreskin and head of penis.
It is usual for males to get bleeding due to tear of frenualm during their first intercourse.However repeated bleeding and soreness is because of either too tight or short frenulam.
A small surgical procedure known as frenulectomy will correct this problem. You may need to consult a surgeon for this.
Avoiding sexual activities till cure will be better. Apply antiboitic cream like t bact over the sore for few days.There is no use of taking treatment for thrush as per my opinion.
