Suggest Treatment For Short-sightedness
Question: hi,
due to excessive XXXXXXX and computer use i think i find far objects little blurry.
it has started 5 days ago only.
i'm sure it is cause of screen usage.
i really don't wanna get glasses or lenses.
i assume that it is a start of shortsightedness.
around 20 feet far what my friend can read i cant.
i'm 27 years old and i have never had week eyes.
it happened with me in 2010 during college summer vacations, when i used computer a lot.
i fixed that by avoiding screen and some exercises, and it never happened again.
can you suggest some things i can do to prevent it.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry. Normal vision.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have read through your query and if you are able to see clearly upto 20 ft, you are having normal vision. I don't think you have to worry about it.
To prevent shortsight, I would advice you to continue eye exercises and have fresh fruits and vegetables such as carrots, gooseberries etc. If you have non veg, seafoods such as fish is good for your eyes.
I hope this answered your query.

in not sure if that 20 ft was a correct estimate, actually another example would be...
last night i went for a movie and experienced blur screen or it was very difficult to focus.
it has never happened before, eyes feel tired quickly.
last night i started doing pressure point on palm.
i know it is cause of overuse of screen.
Ok trying to minimize that.
i'll follow the diet.
please tell if you would recommend any otc eye drops
