
Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Sinus Problem

Question: I have gurgling in throat when I breath out and shortness of breath when i walk for short distances and my voice fades away sometimes when I talk or I sound horse. This started after a sinus problem and congestion went to my chest. but my chest does not feel congested. I do have to clear my throat as it feels I have frog in my throat, but it is clear. sometime I cough up phelm from deeper in my chest and it is yellowish and it is hard to cough up

In my opinion, you might be having allergy of the the larynx and bronchi. (Allergic laryngo-tracheo-bronchitis).
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed steroid and iprattopium bromide +salbutamol comb nebulization 4 th hourly for 3 to 5 days.
Antihistamines + mucolytics combination drugs twice daily for 5 days.
Antibiotics if there is secondary bacterial infection.
Expectorant cough syrup 10 ml thrice daily.
Avoid cold and oily foods items.
If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get evaluated.
