Suggest Treatment For Shrunk Penis

Question: My penis has shrunk from jelqing. The skin on my penis is extremely loose and I am worried that it will never re-tighten and my penis will be permantly shrunk. I am deeply depressed that I did this to myself and I feel like I have ruined my life what can I do?

It is not possible for the penis to shrink once it has already grown so please stop worrying about it. You will definitely get an erection once you are aroused. If you are facing problems with erection I advise you meet a urologist to find out if any nerves supplying to penis has got damaged.
I recommend that you meet a general surgeon for now for a local examination.

I do not have a problem getting an erection, but they are not as strong and I cannot maintain them as well. I believe my flaccid length has decreased as well.

Excessive masturbation is the most common cause for soft erections, the other common reasons are thyroif dysfunction, anxiety, smoking, intoxication with drugs and alcohol, some prescription drugs like beta blockers are also known to cause soft erections.
