Brief Answer:
Probably gabapentin adverse effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
2400 mg/daily of gabapentin is the maximal normal dose, and the answer to your question is yes, symptoms you describe are most likely caused by gabapentin as adverse effects.
Gabapentin also may aggravate depression too.
In my opinion, since you didn't had seizures on previous dosage of gabapentin, you should discuss with your Neurologist about getting back to that dose regimen.
Also, other possibilities of antiseizure drugs use such levetiracetam (Keppra), should be considered.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Valproate, topiramate.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
One suggestion I mentioned before; getting back to previous doses of gabapentin since you didn't had any seizures in that dosage regimen.
Other possible antiseizure drugs that may be used if you continue to experience side effects from gabapentin may be valproate, topiramate, etc.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
