Brief Answer:
Possible side effect of Mirena .

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here.

This could be a side effect of Mirena or a sign of tubal pregnancy that is a medical emergency .
I suggest to go to your gynecologist doctor as soon as you can to prevent further complications.
Mirena sometimes may damage the wall of uterus or may perofarte in the uterus.

The doctor will check the device and do a Ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile Avoid sexual relationship until you see the doctor .

Hope i have answered your question .
