Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM.I can understand your concerns.
For stomach evacuation take syrup of polyethyleneglycol (Brand name: Pegalup), start with 2tsf at night and then titrate the dose according to the response. Take lots of fibres and fluids in your diet. Add psyllium fibres at night time, start with 3 tsf mixed with one glass of water.
For abdominal cramps I will recommend you to continue with Normaxin- RT twice or thrice a day 1/2 hr before meals. If it is not relieved then add tablet drotavarine 80mg od.
You will have to take antispasmodic to mitigate the side effect of tadanafil as it is very common with its use.
All above mentioned drugs are available OTC

I have IBS problems and sometimes colon swelling as well. The Tadanafil problem takes days to cure. Is there any other safer alternative which is equally effective . It's psychological for me since all tests are normal but my mind just hangs on to past experience and makes me think that I will fail .
For stomach kindly suggest long term solutions as well. I am allergic to milk , milk products , tamerind, peanuts etc
Isabgol does not work for me and if I take senna then it becomes habit and stool does not pass without taking the medicine every day.
Thanks
avoid the food which cause problems to you

Welcome back.
For ED tou should consult a urologist and a psychologist as the most common cause of ED is psychological. Sorry I am not expert on that.
For IBS you have ro understand this has relapsing remitting course and for symptomatic relief one has to take medicines. However the dose and number of medicines may decrease on increase. The medicines which I have recommended you has minimal side effects. What you have to is take these medicines and remain in touch with your doctor who may decrease the medicines as per the response.
For stool evacuation polyethylene glycol is first recommended for chronic constipation. So you may use that instead if senna.
Psyllium fibres make stool bulky. They alone may not be useful but in combination with polyethylene glycol will help.
I hope I have answered your query and tgis will help you. Wish you a good health.
