Question : I am prescribed for Truvada for PREP. I started experiencing a pins and needles sensation in my face approximately 15 hours after taking it. Should I be concerned?

Truvada for PrEP should be continued as adverse effects of parasthesia and numbness are not indications to stop the medication. You can relax. They will most likely resolve in a few days.
