Brief Answer:
It is a normal side effect of the hormone pills

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I appreciate and respect the concern you have for your wife, and I should let you know that your wife has been taking hormone supplements.

Hormone supplements can have many side effects and in almost 90 % of women these symptoms can appear almost immediately after beginning the course. But your wife seems to be lucky to have not experienced these symptoms earlier, but for your reference let me list some of the most common side effects of being on hormone pills, they are:

+Vomiting
+Nausea
+Inter-menstrual bleeding
+Acne
+Sweaty
+Oily skin
+Menstrual irregularities
and a few others.

For this reason I would like you to know that nausea itself is completely normal with either of these pills, and it is not necessarily the combination that has caused this but it can be either of these pills or both.

So there is nothing to worry about really, but it is important to note that every woman on hormone pills should report to her prescribing doctor at least once every 6 months for a routine check up. You can urge your wife to do the same and at the same time request her to ask her doctor for either a change in prescription or medications to suppress the nausea.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
