You may need to rinse nose with saline water to remove allergens and reduce drainage from nose. Use anti allergy medication such cetirizine or loratadine. Use corticosteroid nasal spry such Flonase or Nasacort. Antibiotics may also be used if you have bacterial sinusitis.
