Since last 2 months i had a bad cough and chest congestion.Point 3 mention is what i feel.
Also sneezing sometimes with bad throat but this has decreased since last 2 months but i feel cough coming out from mouth now.
I have sinus from last 5 yrs or so but now this wheezing and chest congestion seems to be since last 2 months.
I wanted to know what diet,exercise should i do/take so that i can overcome this.
When i tried to take alopathic i feel more suffocated and thats the reason i started taking homeopathic.
Please advice me.

You may need steroid containing nasal spray ,inhaled bronchodilators, inhaled corticosteroids, combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need doctor's prescription for them.
I dont believe in homeopathy medicines.So better to start alopathy.
Youn should avoid oily,spicy ,sour food. Drink plenty of liquids.
You should also take steam inhalation 5-6 times a day.
You should do deep breathing exercises,yoga and pranayam.
Please let me knoe names of drugs which were causing you saffocation.
