Brief Answer:
Yes it's fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's fine to use it instead of restyl, both are of same class.
Regarding your nonspecific T wave changes, most probably they are not worrisome and nonpathological , but to be more sure you should get treadmill test done, which will further clarify the things.
Regarding your blood pressure, it should be controlled. Have low salt diet strictly and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp is persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, then you should be on medicines for it like tab Amlodipine 5 mg once a day.
You should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

I have taken TMT and 2D Echo on Oct 2015, at that time everything normal. BP also normal at that time. Only finding is fast heart rate.

Now, Sinus tachycardia and T wave abnormality in ECG.

Brief Answer:
Ok on need to worry then

Detailed Answer:
No need to worry then if t wave abnormalities were present in 2015 also. If these are new then worthwhile to repeat tmt.
Focus on bp control. Sinus tachycardia is probably due to anxiety. It can also be due to thyroid and low hemoglobin also
So you should get tsh and hemoglobin test done once.

Both the ecg reports appears same, and considering it and you already underwent it previously, no need to undergo it now. However it's better to upload both ecg as details are not mentioned in this printed reports. These are just some measurements. All the best.

Brief Answer:
Both are fine, no need of tmt

Detailed Answer:
Both ECGs are same and no significant abnormalities other than sinus tachycardia.
Minor st t changes which are nonsignificant. Don't worry, you don't have any heart disease. You also don't need tmt. Tachycardia and even high are probably due to anxiety. However, focus on things which we have discussed previously. Try to ignore these problems simultaneously monitoring the parameters. Do yoga, meditation, regular exercises to relieve your anxiety and stress.
While measuring bp and pulse rate take multiple readings with electronic bp apparatus and after Atleast rest of 5 min.
