Brief Answer:
Silver sulfadiazine 1 %

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Silver sulfadiazine is more important than bacitracin or toothpaste in an acute superficial burn that is painful. Its available over the counter. A better option would be to apply the silver sulfadiazine 1 % cream and go to an ER near you to assess for the severity of the burn. Topical bacitracin and Silver Sulfadiazine can be continued if the wound is superficial. Toothpaste wont be necessary.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
