Suggest Treatment For Skin Burn

Question: Hi, boiling milk got spill on my right palm and fingers. For 30 min I kept in cold water and was having severe burning. Then I have applied silverex - silver nitrate gel but continue to have severe burning on the palm and fingers.

Do no see any bubbles or skin pulled out but I think it's swell.

Detailed Answer:
Respected XXXX, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* Burning is associated with irritation of nerve endings .
* Continue ice application with silverex every hourly .
* Take analgesic Acetaminophen (325)mg every 6 hourly after meals.
* Need of systemic antibiotics may be according to assessment clinically.
* Avoid any friction / working with the same hand .
* Maintain your hydration with plenty of liquids .
* Elevation of the hand to some level gives more relief in pain.
* Avoid stress it is going to be fine soon .
