Suggest Treatment For Skin Colored Bumps On Face

Question: Hi I have a question with regards to some skin coloured bumps which suddenly appeared on my face couple of months back out of no where. The weather was quite hot and it started out more as prickly heat which once in blue moon I would get a little and it would be fine with OTC loratidine but that did not help this time and I started developing these bumps which are more on my right side of the lower cheek, jawline and less on my left side and some on my chin.
I usually take very good care of my skin, using gentle quality products for sensitive skin as my skincare regime...
The demo first put me on doxycycline with this metro gel which only made it worse and then he put me on accutane 2 weeks back. My face is only getting worse and I'm worried if the right diagnosis has been done. I also notice the bumps gets more irritated when I wear foundation, creams. However i have used this foundation for years now with no problems at all so i wonder what suddenly seems to cause this irritation. The only moisturizer my skin can handle nowadays is the one from La Roche posay (parabeen free etc).
I try avoid wearing foundation but when going out I am very conscious now and feel very insecure with these bumps:-(
I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me. Is there any food items I need to eliminate from my diet or any supplements I need to take? I was taking Dr. Pericones supplements but stopped these too now thinking incase they make the situation worse.
Please help!
