I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Inner thigh region is prone to two problems commonly .These are either folliculitis or fungal infections. Both of these can lead to pigmentation.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.

I have uploaded the pic. (The pic has come little brighter due to flash. Certain dark spots are not clearly seen)

I have seen the attached picture.
You surely have pigmentation in the area along with few lesions of folliculitis.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the swollen red lesions twice daily.
For the pigmentation ,you can use a lightening agent like kojic acid over the darker areas twice daily .
Pigmentation in this area takes some time to completely recover .
Avoid rubbing or scratching the area as it will increase the skin darkening.
