Brief Answer:
Isotretinoin and benzoyl peroxide

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Just like face, the torso is a site rich in sebaceous glands and is, therefore, a common site for acne in young age. For resistant acne on the torso, I would suggest you take an oral retinoid i.e., Isotretinoin. In addition, I suggest you use a benzoyl peroxide based body wash (Brevoxyl 4% creamy wash) for a bath. These are prescription medications and I would advice you to talk to your local practitioner regarding this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
