Brief Answer:
looks like herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
From the photo it looks like a collection of blisters which can mean herpes. This can not be diagnosed 100% just by looking at it. It would be best for you to see a doctor and have a herpes test done on the area. If it is herpes then there would most likely but burning associated with the rash. Do you have a burning sensation in the area? Have you or your husband ever been diagnosed with herpes? Has your husband had blisters on his penis?
I suggest that you see a doctor for herpes and complete sexually transmitted disease infection testing.

Brief Answer:
hard to say how that happens

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your follow up.
Herpes viruses affect people in different ways. Some people have few symptoms. Some people have a lot of symptoms. It can also present with a huge breakout in some people and with just a few blisters in others. Yes it is possible that he got it in October but you just now got infected. You don't get herpes with just one contact usually but if he is infected and you had repeated unprotected sex then each time you had sex your risk increased of getting the infection. We know that herpes can be transmitted even if the infected partner does not have an outbreak. Using condoms and having the infected partner be on suppressive medications can decrease the rate of transmission. If this is herpes then it is really important for you to get tested for other sexually transmitted infections. Also confirming the diagnosis of herpes is important because there are medications that can help you not have so many recurrences. Herpes type viruses get stored in nerve cells and can cause recurrent break outs.
I am very sorry that this has happeed to you, please let me know if you have further questions.
