Brief Answer:
Could be an allergic reaction, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

According to your complaints it could be an allergic reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
For acid reflux you can take tablet containing combination of pantoprazole and domperidone twice daily before meals but it is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.

Dr Asmeet
