Brief Answer:
Post inflammatory lesion most probably...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Many a times when you pop a local skin lesion filled with abscess, the whole pus doesn't drain out. The bloody yellowish secretion is evidently a blood stained pus. And some amount of blood - pus secretion may have remained within the lesion. Over a period the retained blood and pus can lead to purple black colored lumpy area. In other words, we can call this as post inflammatory lesion and this should settle down gradually as body absorbs the contents.

I wouldn't be overly concerned with this lump now. You can watch the progress of the lump as it changes over gradually to normal skin. Consider visiting a doctor if the lump grows in size or starts oozing secretion.

Avoid popping inflammed and infected skin lesions in future.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
