I have a skin rash on my hand and with small pumples. I am a citizen of XXXXXXX came for a one mont tour to US and i have attached my snap of hand and also my leg feel ie thies itches and i feel resish ti my eyes and as i am in tour i am more worried. I took Cetrizin plus today which i had in my hand. My body itches on thies and feel some red red patches.

I saw the pictures uploaded by you and it seems like a allergic skin rashes. The allergy might have happened either to food or cosmetics. Kindly recall what new or unusual with respect to food or cosmetics you had just before this started.
For the relief I recommend you to use betnovate Cream over the rashes and use Tab Atarax for itching of body. You may have to get a prescription from a doctor as in US you may not get these medicines without valid prescription.
