Brief Answer:
It seems to be due to some allergic reaction.Cetirizine would help.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details and have checked the images. The rashes seem to be due to allergic reaction to something. The source may be food, contact, or something else. Give her cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days and she should get relief. You can apply some emollient like calamine lotion or aloe vera lotion. It would have a soothing effect.
The rash is not due to chicken pox. In fact, since she has already sufferred from chicken pox, the chances of recurrence are quite less.
Hope that helps.

The medicine you mentioned (Cetirizine) tablet...is this available over the counter without a prescription? And once a day for a few days, maybe 3 days?
Another question: What do you think is the reason for this rash being located solely in her frontal abdominal area?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Cetirizine is available over the counter without a prescription. Had it not been so, I would not have asked you to take it. Taking it for 3-4 days should be fine.
There is no reason for the specific disposition of the rash. I do not think that there is any way to predict it.
Hope that helps.
