Suggest Treatment For Skin Reactions
Question: Hi, my mom aged 58 has skin reactions (like blood clot) on her hands. As and when her hand comes in contact with anything hard like an object, or if someone holds her hand tightly, her hand will show a reaction.

Thank you for your response doctor. I have attached a few pics of the wound on my mom's hand. You will also see the skin reaction apart from the wound. I have also attached the bloodwork report. Looks like the ESR value is a little off range.
Please review the reports and let us know the next steps.
Also are there any natural home remedies to reduce ESR levels?

Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
The only abnormality in blood work up is raised ESR.
Raised ESR is a marker of chronic disease.
The skin lesions are looking like abscess.
There is a possibility of cutaneous tuberculosis or an underlying chronic disease.
Please get her ultrasound abdomen and chest X-ray done.
Also get a biopsy done from skin lesion.
This will help in finding the exact cause.
