Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag Outside Vagina

Question: I have a half inch pink piece of skin just outside of my vagina - never notice it before - it's red at the tip - doesn't hurt - what could it be

I have seen the image attached. This seems to be a skin tag. The red coloration is due to collection of blood in the area. This is as such harmless and is not suggestive of any pathology. This skin tag can be removed surgically by your gynecologist in case it is uncomfortable.
