Brief Answer:
Cryotherapy or cauterisation- simple procedures

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
No, skin tags are not hard to remove as nowadays an array of procedures are available for the same.
The dermatologist may remove a skin tag by cauterisation- skin tag is removed using heat/electrolysis.
Also your dermatologist may simply freeze them using liquid nitrogen so that they fall off.
Thus, I would recommend you to see your dermatologist for the same. Do not attempt to pull/ pick at the skin tag.

If you have any further doubts/ clarifications, you may get back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia
