Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry about trigemini beats because it’s not dangerous...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your third heart beat is skipping is caused from premature heart beats and is called trigemini beats. You shouldn't worry about trigemini beats because it’s not dangerous and in most of the cases it wouldn't cause any harm to you.
However if you didn't feel well or the thing seems to worsen, you should go to ER just to reassure you that everything is ok.
Hope this was of help!
Wish your health!

Thanks Doctor. I don't feel bad except for the huge anxiety that this causes me. At night, my heart seems to go back to a normal rhythm. When I awake in the morning, it's a fairly normal beat. It's mostly during the day, and sometimes after eating, that I get the irregular beat.

Hi back,
Than you should stay relaxed it's not dangerous. However I would like to suggest to schedule a cardiologist consultation.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following exams to definitely rule out any cardiac problems:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test
