Suggest Treatment For Sleep Apnea, Depression And Bipolar Disorder

I'm recovering from a Complex Shoulder Surgery.
I'm using a Nasal Style Sleep Machine at night to treat MILD Sleep Apnea.
Being treated for ADD.
Treated for Depression.
Diagnosed with Bipolar.
Treated for temporary Panic Attacks because of; Moving, Death of Parent, Death of my Therapy Dog.
Need Mood Stabilzing Medication.
QUESTION;
Can I take 1 x 750 MG of my METHOCARBAMOL Per Day if I'm being prescribed the following DRUGS;
5/325 Oxycodone x 3
1 MG Alprazolam x 2
350 MG XXXXXXX
500 MG Naproxen
12 MCG/HR Fentanyl every 72 hrs
10 MG Adderall XR x 2
20 MG Lexapro
3 MG Lunesta
400 MG Lamotrigine
40 MG Lisinopril
