Suggest Treatment For Sleep Disorder
Question: Hi Doctor my name is XXXX XXXXXXX and I have a horrid lack of sleep problem,I had been prescribed still not which were really good and didn't give me a hang over problem is My husband passed away and I'm living alone and I don't want to be completely out of it if some thing were to happen such as break in or similar.Ive had diazepam also 10 mg per night found them very good as well however is there a natural tab I can take to help me my doctor unfortunately has retired so it's a bit tricky just going to a new doctor who does not know me asking for sleeping mess, it really is becoming a problem not being able to sleep any help would be much appriciated,I also don't drink or smoke.Please try to help.Kind Regards XXXX XXXXXXX
