Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concerns.
These symptoms are due to anxiety which may be coupled with depression.
It leads to increased activity of your sympathetic nervous system and decreased serotonin ( hormone of happiness ).
If you don't have asthma or any heart condition you can take Inderal 10 mg twice a day to reduce your sympathetic nervous system activity to normal. This along with healthy wholesome food, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, stress relieving yoga and other methods would help you.
If these measures are not sufficient, you would require prescription medication.
Do get back to me if you have further questions.
