Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness When Diagnosed With Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Question: Hello,
I have the following problems:
1. When I wake up after a short nap or after my nights sleep, I feel pain in my left heel.
It slowly subsides after sometime or after letting out stools or gas.
Please let me know whether this could be gas related. What kind of specialist should I meet? Can I try some routine to find out the pattern or root cause?
2. I have few small lumps or balls kind of collections at few places in my body. couple of them on my hands and 3 lumps on my left side of my hip. I don't know whether it is because of some vitamin deficiency. What kind of specialist should I meet for showing this.
Can you please let me know if you have ready solutions or guide on whom should I approach?

Brief Answer:
your vit D & Vit-B12 levels are low
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
I saw the message. Your Vitamin D levels and Vitamin B12 levels are low.
Your heel pain could be because of vitamin D deficiency. You can take calcimax D once daily for 3 months and then check your vit D levels again. As Your Vitamin B 12 levels are very low, You need to consult a physician as soon as possible and get vitamin B12 injections or cyanocobalamine pills as per doctors advise. The lumps on your body could be lipoma, but get it examined by a physician.
Get back to me if any query.
