Looks like viral cold, causing complicated cough. Mucolite is not recommended in breastfeeding mothers as it may pass to the baby. You can try Cheri 4 flu OR Cheston cold cough syrup which is comparatively safe. You can take zirtec medication (no side effects in both, mother and baby) until you see a doctor. Take one of three recommended. If she has difficulty breathing, then she needs to see a doctor sooner.
Steam inhalation is good. Saline gargles are also good.
