Suggest Treatment For Slightly Enlarged Liver And Back Pain

Question: Hi Doctor,
I am working IT industry from last 6 years. Last month I went for the health check up and everything came out as normal (As per doctor). My leaver was slightly enlarged as per the report. I then decided to go to GYM but after going to GYM within 5-6 days I felt pain in by back (just below my right Ribs) in the morning when I wake up. From last one months I am feeling this pain only in the morning and it goes away after 20-25 minutes. I stopped the GYM to check if I am doing something wrong but still I have that pain in morning.
I workout then also I do not feel any pain but when I Wake up in the morning then only this pain arrives.
I went to the orthopedic doctor and he suggested to do some exercise but still the pain is there.
Can you suggest what can be the reason and which exercise I should follow?

Rule out renal stone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
The pain you are decribing fits into the diagnosis of possible renal stone, however to be sure I need a few more details from you
1. Is the pain radiating towards your groin?
2. Is the pain dull or pricking type ?
3. Have you taken any pain killers for the pain?
4. what is your weight and height ?
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Brief Answer:
could be renal stone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back with the details. From the history you have provided the pain could be because of the stone. Some stones are easily missed on the ultrasound hence I would like you to get a CT-KUB done to see what might be causing the pain. I recommend you to approach a urologist rather than a nephrologist for this matter. I also suggest a urine routine test done to look for infection of the kidney
I recommend you to drink plenty of water and avoid dehydration.
Body itching is an unrelated issue. Itching that goes away on its own is usually due to an allergen. Please find out what it could be, the common allergens are new curtains, carpets, soap, dust, etc.
The other common reason for itching is dryness of the skin. I suggest you to apply a moisturizer daily after taking bath to prevent dryness of the skin
