Suggest Treatment For Small Black Patch On The Scrotum

Question: Hi, I observe a small dot like blackish formation on my scrotum recently. It is painless and only one such dot. Is it a symptom of any STD or HIV infections? I have had received protected oral with few escorts over last few three months. No other symptoms as such. Please advise.

Thank you. I have reviewed the Image.
I suggest a possibility of either solitary Angiokeratoma of the scrotum Or a Common Mole. It is definitely not an STD.
It can be easily removed either with Radiofrequency cautery Or CO 2 Laser.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist inyour vicinity for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as for the needful.
