Brief Answer:
Do not use vinegar
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concerns.
Please do not use baking soda or vinegar. It will hurt even more.
When the creams say external use it includes the vagina....it means not to take it orally.
You can apply antiseptic creams to your vagina.

PLEASE SUGGEST AN ANTIBIOTIC.
All of mine say>> External use only
Triple Antibiotic, Campho Phenique, etc. So are you saying DON'T use these in the Vagina?? or are you saying the vaginal is ok, but don't take orally?
