Brief Answer:
Please send me an attached picture and detailed sexual history.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!I have been through your question.
Related your concern first I need to know a detailed information about your sexual history .Did you have unprotected sexual intercourse with unknown partner or someone with STI?
Please could you send me an attached picture of these little dots(if you have it in this moment)?
I think that the most probably this could be a STI if you have unprotected sex or just dots because of the friction.
I hope to help you.
Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
This could be a penile yeast infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcare magic.
I have seen carefully your STI lab results and the picture and I think that these elements most probably could be penile yeast infection (candida balanitis) but as well I suggest to exclude an genital HSV1 (HSV 1 IgG).
It is known that 30 percent of all genital herpes infections are caused by HSV-1. These cases are sometimes transmitted through genital-to-genital contact, but more often through oral to genital contact.
Furthermore when these elements will appear again I suggest to use local anti fungal cream and during this time you shouldn't have sexual intercourse and your sexual partner should get the treatment in the same time with you.
I hope my answer helps you.
Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
