Brief Answer:
Please get examined by your GP or a Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
It is quite difficult to comment as to what it is without examining you.
It could be a Lipoma( lump of fat cells) or a Sebaceous cyst or a Hematoma(if you have got injured in that area in the recent past) or some other lump.
I suggest you get examined by your GP or a Surgeon.
He would be better tell as to what it is. He could advice an Ultrasound if he is not sure or an FNAC.
Please see him/ her and then let us know.
If it is a Lipoma or a Sebaceous cyst then nothing needs to be done and only observation.
If it is a hematoma then you can apply warm compresses over it and take some anti inflammatory medications.
But please get examined by a Doctor and then only take any decision.
Feel free to ask any further queries on the issue.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
You can wait for your holiday to end.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
It is quite unlikely to be cancerous due to its location and character as you describe. As you say it is moveable so there should be nothing to worry about.
Do not worry.
You can wait and see a Doctor when you get home.
Relax. It would be fine and you will be ok.
Take care and let me know if I can help you further.
