Question: I have a small hard bump with a hole on my shaft. It had pussy for about 3 month. no more pus and it's much smaller. it started as what I thought to be an infected follicle

I think that you need to see a doctor to rule out the possibility of a persistent underlying infection. If so, it would need to be treated with antibiotics. In case of localized infection, incision and drainage of pus might be required.
