Question: hi, so i smoked marijuana then i got cotton mouth amd noticed red small bumps in my toungue just under the bell

Cottonmouth feeling is mostly due to dry mouth. Dry mouth is common after marijuana use. It is nothing to be worried about.

You can stay well hydrated. Drink sips of water, plenty of it. Chewing a gum after that can also relieve dry mouth.

Red bumps on the tongue are likely due to transient papillitis, especially since you have dry mouth. It is a very common condition in young adults. It will go away without any treatment, just remain well hydrated.
