Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On Head Of Penis

Question: Noticed fiance had small red spots on head of penis. We have been having some rough intercourse. Nothing raised, painful or itchy. Somewhat worried though.

It can happen due to friction during rough intercourse and will heal in a week. Please tell him to use lubricants.

There is nothing to worry. Please tell him to avoid rough intercourse for about a week. He can have a condom and use adequate amount of lubrication jelly during sex to decrease the friction. KY jelly is a recommended lubricant for personal use and will prevent friction injuries to his penis.
