Question: I have a few small red spots on my soft palate. What could they be?

There could be many causes for small red spots on soft palate:
This could be nicotine stomatitis, if you are a smoker.
Trauma may be minor could cause these kind of lesions.
This could be also seen in viral fever and bleeding disorders.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid smoking . If you don't have this habit, kindly ignore this suggestion.
2) Consult your gp for through Clinical examination and evaluation.
