If yes,is the woman whom you had sex with, is known to you?

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime twice daily and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for local application over glans.

Thanks for the follow-up.

Infection of glans penis could be secondary to allergic reaction to vaginal secretions of a woman you had a sex twice or bacterial infections,viral infection or rarely sexually transmitted infections but I will keep STI as the last possibility.

Start the treatment as i said earlier and for antibiotic prescription you can contact some local doctor.

Also,gently retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.

Avoid using soaps as they may irritate the skin and make the inflammation worse.

In case,if red spots persists even after 1 week of treatment,you should consult a dermatologist and get examined.

You may need some tests to determine the cause of the infection.
